Our dress code will be formal wear please. We would encourage bright colours and hats/fascinators but please wear something you are comfortable in! Please avoid white, cream or dark green outfits.

Unfortunately due to number limits, only people named on the invite are able to attend the wedding. 

The venue has an outdoor courtyard with a partially covered area. Weather permitting this will be open & available but the ceremony & reception will all be inside. 

We are providing canapés, dinner, dessert & evening food so you shouldn’t be hungry! If you have children that may get peckish feel free to bring some small snacks to keep them going. Our venue has a full bar to cater to everyone so please do not bring any alcohol to the venue, we will incur a charge if this happens.

We can’t wait to have all the children in our lives with us on the day! We will have a designated ‘kids corner’ near the children’s table to give them somewhere to go if they get bored or fed up. Please feel free to bring any toys they like, but nothing too special as we don’t want anything to get lost! Please chat to us if you feel your children will need any other accommodations. 

We would love for you all to capture pictures of the day & would love you to share them with us after! We have a lovely photographer who will be with us all day. During the ceremony please refrain from taking any pictures or videos. We will set up a Google Photos album for everyone to share pictures after the day.

We will not be providing food for everyone so please bring your own sandwiches & snacks if you can join us.

Unfortunately once we have sent final guest numbers to the venue we will be unable to alter this so cannot accommodate you! Please ensure you RSVP within the deadline to ensure you can be with us on the day. 

Disabled parking and bathroom facilities are available at the venue, please feel free to message us with any further details you might need.
